Upon enrollment and registration in our database, we initiate processes for the course's future stages, such as arranging supplies and materials or preparing for shipping in the case of online course purchases.

  • 1.2 In case of payment failure through a third-party gateway, where the amount is debited but the transaction failed, the deducted amount will be automatically credited to your bank account within 14 days, following reconciliation per the third-party payment gateway terms.

  We will review your request for a refund, and if it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund, you will get the full refund in 7–10 business days to reflect in your account as per standard banking timelines.
